Our Community
F.A.Q.
American Presidential Estates was planned to be different from mobile home parks. The community was developed in the same way as a developer would develop a sub-division of single family homes.
- Wide roads,
- Curbing and sidewalks throughout,
- Ample street lighting,
- Multiple parks and play areas,
- Attractive landscaping, and
- Larger front yards allowing each home noticeable street appeal.
American Presidential Estates prides itself on being a community of home owners, all seeking to preserve their home’s value while enjoying life.
- Our experience has taught us that Homeowners take greater pride in maintaining their homes then do renters.

- They are costly to build and maintain and their upkeep is passed along to tenants in increased rent.
