American Presidential Estates was planned to be different from mobile home parks. The community was developed in the same way as a developer would develop a sub-division of single family homes.

  • Curbing and sidewalks throughout,
  • Ample street lighting,
  • Multiple parks and play areas,
  • Attractive landscaping, and
  • Larger front yards allowing each home noticeable street appeal.

  • Our experience has taught us that Homeowners take greater pride in maintaining their homes then do renters.

Yes, American Presidential Estates is pet-friendly.

  • Please contact our office for our pet policy.

 

Management must approve any dog before it is bought into the community. Please note that there are specific breeds that unfortunately are not permitted.

  • There is a $10 monthly fee for each pet.

American Presidential Estates offers many activities for many age groups.

  • A Stocked Fishing Pond with Picnic and Nature Area
  • Basketball, Tennis and Roller Courts
  • Several parks and playgrounds throughout the Community, including a 12 and under only playground.

American Presidential Estates considers itself like any other residential subdivision and does not include a pool or club house.

  • Amenities like these are typically not utilized more than a few times a season by a tenant.
  • They are costly to build and maintain and their upkeep is passed along to tenants in increased rent.

Some yes, some no.

  • There is no charge for curbside trash and yard waste pickup.
  • Heat, electric, cable and phone service is billed by their respective providers.
  • Water & Sewer is provided by the community and billed quarterly based upon the individual meter reading for each home.

All homes have individual mailing addresses.

  • Like residential subdivisions, you do not have to put a lot number or the Community name after your address.

This is considered sub-renting (subleasing) which is not permitted.

  • At least one of the people listed on the title to the home must make the home their primary residence.

$490 to 540 based upon the lot you select.
